With the risk of being accused of shameless self promotion I would love to have feedback on an experimental film I made this year. I have had feedback from peers in fine art community but not from the cinema community, and since TFT draws a certain crowd of like minded cinephiles I would like to hear opinions and criticism from fellow listeners.
The film is titled THE KID NEXT DOOR
it can be viewed here:

The film is inspired visually by German expressionist horror films and Emakimono (japanese picture scrolls).
With the film I wanted to explore the idea of someone who appears normal but is actually quite disturbed on the inside. To me what is really scary is that seemingly innocent people are capable of extreme acts of violence and I wanted to make a surreal horror film that uses this fear as its main theme.
Again I would love to hear criticism or opinions from fellow listeners.
Thanks,
