Must reply to this great episode before the next one debuts. First a confession: I have not seen a single Toy Story movie. Should I read the popup books before I dive into this trilogy? Second another confession: I'm not a big fan of either Tom Cruise or Cameron Diaz. But I LOVED Knight and Day and I loved it because THEY are the stars! I've been so disheartened by the critical reception of this movie, but I'm ecstatic that you guys called it the way you did. Sure, in part because you agree with me and it makes me feel less like a bonehead. But I think even more because it helped me realize that a little more Philip Seymour Hoffman in 'Synecdoche, New York' would have made that one of the greatest movies of all time.
Glad you liked KNIGHT AND DAY – as we talked about on the show one of the running themes of the pic is that it's a star vehicle – brilliant, fun, engaging commercial action comedy that's as good, (as far less clunky actually), than CHARADE.
