In particular - Bob Peck and Jo Don Baker, the mood and music, the scene in the mine/nuclear facility and the scene in the daughter's bedroom (somehwat embarassing as I was watching it with my parents). PS re "Am adding GET CARTER to my Netflix queue" - just because it's Lent don't feel you have to punish yourself excessively. I have only watched the original once (back in 85 when it was first shown) but some of it has stayed with me.
