The Dr. and I recorded a review of Rocky Balboa and Prairie Home Companion AGES ago and I've yet to upload it for a variety of reasons - it may become a 'lost' episode! But on the positive side I'm off tonight to 'Letters From Io Jima' so I can see Higgins and I reviewing that this weekend and then going back to a regular weekly schedule.

Hi Steve – hopefully in few days – completely my fault for not getting it done. For me the switching between the battle scenes and the PR tour made the film feel a little disjointed at times and didn't allow me to engage with the characters of the three 'heroes' as deeply as I might. It was a good film though and I’m looking forward to seeing ‘Letters from Iwo Jima’ - Keep up the good work!

I agree with most of your comments about ‘Flags’ but I’m surprised you specifically praised the cross cutting.
