Why? I think it’s because this film left my (or rather, our) heads racing with things to talk about afterwards. From the structure of the film to the remarkable single-take shot that were perfectly integrated into the film and not distracting as set pieces, to the subtle connection between distopian sci-fi fantasy and very real present day issues. The conversation started the moment the lights came up and continued from the bar to the restaurant to the next bar. Superb film making and a really unexpected treat.

Great film, and the sex afterwards was awesome.

An great tale. Two great tales, interwoven. Fairy tale with a child in it – but not childlike. Not quite what I expected.

Is it compulsory in modern cinema to kill off as many of the cast as possible before the end of the movie?
